Friends and Family Test 2016/17 Results
For the past year, we have once again asked patients to offer feedback on their experiences with the practice via the NHS Friends and Family Test. The test consists of the following question:
"How likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"
We have collated the responses for last year (Apr 1st 2016 - 31st March 2017) and were delighted with the results. We will continue to support this initiative throughout 2017/18 and welcome your continued feedback.
There are many ways you can control yours and your family's health at home or by a range of local services. Please watch the below video for a guide to keeping you and your family healthy.
Keep Antibiotics Working
Taking antibiotics encourages harmful bacteria that live inside you to become resistant. That means that antibiotics may not work when you really need them. This puts you and your family at risk of a more severe or longer illness. Take your doctor or nurse’s advice when it comes to antibiotics.
